IBMC China, AG (“IBMC”) a Switzerland Corporation, listed on the Open Market at Frankfurt Stock Exchange. Its purpose is to open multiple International fashion brands Company owned or franchise stores all over China. These stores may be in the form of free standing, independent stores or stores/corners within large department stores.


IBMC has working relationships with several international fashion brands and retailers. IBMC will leverage the international brand’s recognition, design, marketing experience and skills. IBMC will open multiple stores for each brand.

In order to penetrate the fastest growing economy in the world faster, IBMC Management decided to Merge and acquisition some existing retail operation. IBMC has entered into a definitive agreement on June 20, 2008 to acquire 51% of BBS-EX Factory Direct Center (“BBS”) for one million IBMC shares. BBS owns and operates 60 brands free standing stores in a total of 6,000 square meter retail space. Merger and acquisition of retail operations like BBS will be IBMC’s immediate strategy to grow and meet the target projections.
